Trowel Grade Epoxy in Redwood City, CA

When Toughness is a Requirement

Trowel Grade EpoxyTrowel grade epoxy is the maximum concrete coating for thickness and toughness! For heavy-duty workshops, manufacturing locations, chemical plants, and factories, trowel grade coats are best. They withstand more weight, caustics, and traffic. If your concrete withstands much punishment, it must have a trowel grade epoxy coating.

With thicker coats comes added time for curing. Ideally, trowel grade epoxy is layered at temperatures of 70 degrees Fahrenheit, or higher. Below that, and the epoxy, with its clear coat, takes longer to cure. Ordinary curing time is 8 to 12 hours for each coat with the complete cure completed after seven days. Please not that 55 degrees Fahrenheit, trowel grade coats are best not tried.

Trowel grade epoxies are not for do-it-yourselfers! Skill and experience are needed, as well as high end troweling tools. West Coast Epoxy has the skill and experience for customers in Redwood City! For more details, call us at 916-531-1874 or try our online request form.
