If Strength is a Requirement
Trowel grade epoxy is the maximal concrete coat for thickness and toughness! For heavy-duty equipment workshops, manufacturing buildings, chemical plants, and factories, trowel grade coats are ideal. They endure more mass, corrodents, and traffic. If your floor deals with a lot of punishment, it must have a trowel grade epoxy coating.
With fatter coatings comes additional time for curing. Ideally, trowel grade epoxy is laid at temperatures of seventy degrees Fahrenheit, F or more. Under that, and the epoxy, with its clear coat, takes more time to cure. Optimal curing time is 8-12 hours for each coat. The full curing, when average activities can begin again, is after seven days. Below 55 degrees Fahrenheit, F, trowel grade coatings are best not attempted.
Trowel grade demands real skills and experience to lay down correctly. West Coast Epoxy has the crews and tools essential to meet the needs of any commercial or industrial property.
