After searching multiple options for flooring in our garage, and choosing epoxy we went on a search to find the right company for the job. There were many factors we considered when making this decision: effective communication, professionalism, cost, timeliness, product, and warranty. We received multiple estimates for the job and although they all met some of the factors above, none of them met them ALL with one exception: Marc with West Coast Epoxy. He promptly came to our home, maintained communication even after we sealed the deal and gave a deposit and was truthful and honest about the product. We were clear every step of the way. He spent the time with us we needed to answer all of our questions. He was patient and hung his hat on making certain we were informed. Some may think this is just the proper way of doing business and of course it is but many companies do not deliver on their promises. Marc and his company did just that. The installers showed up on time, they were extremely professional, did an outstanding job, cleaned their workspace and communicated with us every step. I highly recommend this company of you are considering flooring. I have not had the pleasure of any other offerings Marc's company has; however, should we have a need for other products, you can be assured we will select Marc with West Coast Epoxy. They are deserving of FIVE STARS!!
